Hi, Hilary:
I have just finished reading
your delightful book, "Making Word Work for You." I've been using Word for many, many years and have struggled with
making Track Changes behave reasonably. Thank you for all the cogent comments you made (and the hilarious way in which
you said them). I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!
. .
. I want to most particularly thank you for the solution to the "fat dash of death" (as I call it) that occasionally deleted
menu items while I screamed "No, no!!" . . .

And thanks too for the spiral-bound approach to printing a book
you use in conjunction with your computer. It was perfect--and I didn't have to keep one elbow on it so it would remain open.
In summary, it was a great experience for me. I wish you continued success with your work.
